Spending the day together, we will share exercises and explore methods which deepen our internal practice of Natural Way T'ai Chi.
We will practice to quieten our body, letting go of peripheral patterns of movement and tension and share exercises which help us understand how to return to our centre, and hence build movement from our core.
We will work with the spine and central axis, and
review the importance of alignment and balance, which is fundamental to the
development of the external form, internal experience and our personal understanding
of the subtle aspects of the practice.
The day is suitable for all those who have practised the short form up to cross hands and are curious to continue the journey.
